Q: What are the events of ISS? And when will it helds?

A: There are 3 series of events, that is international seminars, paper competition, and awarding night. ISS will be held on September 25th, 2021 for the international seminars. Then on September 26th, 2021 there is a presentation and group discussion for the paper competition category, and also there is an awarding night.

Q: Who can join the event?

A: Everyone from university/college students and general categories can register for the international seminar. The presentation and group discussion is only for full paper competition’s participants. While for awarding night, everyone who register for abstract submission and paper submission can join it. 

Q: Is there a registration fee for ISS?

A: There is a registration fee just for abstract submission which is IDR 150.000 and can be paid by transferring to ISS HGE 16 bank account. While the international seminars and full paper submission are free. 

Q: What can I do if I have not passed to the paper submission stage? Can I participate again in ISS?

A: Yes you can, that is by participating in a cultural video show competition. Because this competition is allowed for all the participants who have submitted the abstracts whether they pass to the next stage or not. Also this competition is free and the winner will be announced on the awarding night of ISS on September 26th, 2021.

A: You can ask us again by sending your questions to any of our contact person numbers. Or, you can visit and stay tuned to our official website and social media for further information about the ISS. Although there is a time difference between us, we will try to respond to the question that is given to us.

OPEN HOUSE

Q: Apakah ada biaya pendaftaran untuk mengikuti Open House?

 

A: Ya, Biaya pendaftaran Open House yaitu Rp. 10.000,- dan dapat dibayarkan melalui beberapa metode pembayaran via Bank BCA atau ShopeePay sesuai dengan yang tertera pada guide book.

 

Q: Ada syarat pendaftaran yang menyebutkan bahwa harus menyertakan scan kartu pelajar, bagaimana jika kita tidak memiliki kartu pelajar/hilang?

 

A: Jika tidak memiliki kartu pelajar/hilang, maka dapat menggunakan dokumen atau bukti lain yang menyatakan bahwa peserta merupakan pelajar aktif di sekolah tersebut (bukti penerimaan siswa, lembar pertama rapot sekolah, dan lainnya)

 

Q: Apakah Open House hanya dapat diikuti oleh pelajar kelas 12 saja?

 

A: Semua tingkatan kelas di SMA/SMK/MA sederajat dapat mengikutinya, dengan memberikan bukti bahwa peserta merupakan pelajar aktif pada saat mendaftar.
